TAP-OS was born from the personal experiences of military veterans who faced the challenges of transition firsthand. After serving our country, we found ourselves navigating a complex maze of benefits, deadlines, and decisions without a clear roadmap.
We realized that while the military excels at preparing service members for combat and mission success, there was a gap in preparing them for the equally important mission of civilian reintegration. Traditional transition assistance programs, while well-intentioned, often fell short of providing the personalized, ongoing support that modern military members needed.
Drawing on our combined experience in technology, military service, and veteran advocacy, we set out to create a comprehensive platform that would serve as a digital battle buddy for anyone making the military-to-civilian transition.
